One Source Holdings

Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how One Source Holdings LLC ("One Source Holdings," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website or contact us through it. It applies only to this website and not to any separately operated business or website.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, the content of your message and any other information you choose to include.

Technical information. This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Vercel automatically processes server log data when you visit, including your IP address, user agent (browser and device information), the pages requested and timestamps. This data is used for security and site operations, and is retained according to Vercel's policies.

Cookies and analytics. This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. See our Cookie Notice.

Spam protection. Our contact form uses a hidden "honeypot" field to filter automated spam. We do not use any third-party captcha or bot-detection service.

Fonts. All typefaces are served from our own website. No requests are made to third-party font services.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, communicate with you, operate, maintain and secure the website, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with service providers that host the website (Vercel Inc.) or deliver email on our behalf. Once email delivery is enabled, contact form messages will be delivered to us through Resend, an email delivery service, which will process your name, email address and message for that purpose. We share information with service providers under obligations to protect it; with professional advisers; when required by law, subpoena or legal process; to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business.

4. Data retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, generally no longer than 24 months after our last communication, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs kept by our hosting provider are retained according to that provider's policies.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA). These may include the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;
  • obtain a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal information (Oregon);
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete personal information;
  • obtain a portable copy of your information;
  • opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling (we do not engage in these activities); and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent where permitted. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal"; we will respond to appeals within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with the result of an appeal, Oregon residents may contact the Oregon Department of Justice.

Some of these laws apply only to businesses that meet certain thresholds. We extend these rights to all visitors as a matter of good practice, to the extent reasonably possible.

7. Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International visitors

This website is operated from the United States. Information you send us will be processed in the United States.

9. Links to other sites

This website may link to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
